The Government of Tamil Nadu has imposed a strict ban on ragging in educational institutions. Any individual found engaging in ragging will face severe consequences as outlined below:
Offenders may face imprisonment for a term of up to 2 years.
A fine of up to Rs. 10,000 may be imposed on the guilty party.
Students convicted of ragging will be immediately dismissed from the institution. Additionally, they will be barred from seeking admission to any other educational institutions.
The college maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging and is committed to ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment for all students. Strict disciplinary action will be taken against any individual found violating this policy.
